About Guest Speaker: Rizwan Baig

In 1990, Rizwan began his career with the Port Authority as a Traffic Engineer, and now serves as Chief Traffic Engineer. He established the strategic Traffic Safety Improvement Program; since then, motor vehicle crashes agency-wide have decreased by approximately 20%. Rizwan led the effort to create the Agency’s policy for developing and implementing Transportation Management Plans (TMP) to minimize mobility impacts during construction.
